客户经理

岗位职责:
1
、依据公司整体战略,开展销售、市场推广、客户跟进、开发与维护工作;
2
、建立及扩大公司品牌认知度,拓展并及时跟进各领域新客户;
3
、依据公司整体业务目标,制定业务执行计划方案,监督实施全过程,完成业务指标;
4
、收集整理客户信息,客户沟通,撰写创意简报,项目报价,合同条款的谈判及签订。
5
、熟悉品牌全案广告公司的运作模式;

任职要求:
1
、本科以上学历,广告或市场营销相关专业毕业;
2
3年以上广告、咨询、设计、营销策划公司客户管理工作经验 ,有4A广告公司工作经验、管理过国内大公司客户者优先考虑;
3
、具备客户开拓能力(销售能力),有一定的品牌营销理念;
4
、具有优秀的客户服务能力、较强的与开发商沟通能力与技巧, 与客户建立持续发展关系;
5
、对策略和创意有专业的评判标准, 具备独立的客户提案能力,同时具备一定的广告策划、执行能力
6
、有创新意识,擅长策略性思考,出色的书面及口语表达能力。


Creative Director

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide integrated creative leadership blending marketing storytelling with digital and technological imagination

· Work closely with account, media, research and strategic planning teams to formulate appropriate overall strategy for a project or client

· Set the creative vision for each of your client projects

· Lead collaboration with other disciplines involved in projects

· Work closely with other members of agency leadership to shape our capabilities and vision for growth

· Ensure quality of creative output from client presentations to production

· Collaborate with account and project management staff to scope project budgets

· Participate in new business activities, from identifying opportunities to pitch development

· Serve as main contact of creative point for clients

· Take a lead role in presentations to both existing and potential clients

· Participate in the career path development for creative staff

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Communications preferred)

· 5 to 10 years of copywriting/concept experience in an advertising, marketing or digital environments

· Team management ability and creative excellence

· Good at establishing & managing client relationships

· Proficiency in Mandarin and English


Social Media Manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Masters and manage all relevant social media channels, develop yearly plans & strategy, and executes innovative and effective actions

· Create unique and quality contents for social media platforms in the form of written, graphic, video format so as to maximize ROI and increase brand awareness

· Provide community management for company's social media account. To share content in target social networks/ online channels actively

· Expand and liaise KOLs and or influencers outreach efforts

· Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, Marketing, retail) to ensure seamless delivery of projects

· Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results in a regular base

 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in media, PR, communications, marketing or a related discipline required

· At least 5 year of hands-on digital marketing experience in developing content and manage social media campaigns

· Knowledge of popular social media platforms: Weibo, Wechat, Red, Douyin, , etc. Instagram is a plus

· Strong writing skills in both English & Chinese with creative story-telling techniques

· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

· Good sense of current and emerging trends in the social media landscape

· Self-motivated and passionate about online marketing channels

· Independent, creative thinking with a can-do spirit

· As a good team player with a collaborative working style

 


资深设计师

岗位职责:

1、全面参与项目设计过程,独立完成日常设计工作,较强的创意和执行力;

2、准确理解客户的设计需求,能够独立完成设计任务,高效高质表现相关设计(画册、vis、包装、海报、LOGO等)

3、根据策略方向配合美术指导参与创意工作的思考并提出合理性的方案,能够准确把握项目形象并稳固执行,有团队合作精神。

 

任职要求:

1、有深厚的设计功底,可以独立完成图形的创意及设计;

2、有独特的设计、创意感觉、超强的画面把控能力。 

3、有扎实的美术基础,具备一定的手绘能力,良好的艺术审美观及创意能力 

4、精通各种平面设计软件,熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、Coreldraw或Indesign等。

5、有4A广告等服务经历优先考虑

6、有网站,网页设计经验佳


策划经理

岗位职责:
1
、带领并指导重要品牌的创意构思及执行,保证并监督创意部的方案质量;
2
、负责项目方案策略的制定,方案的创意设计,同时能带领创作团队进行工作,善于利用、引导团队开发创作;
3
、负责带领创意团队并对部门成员进行专业培训和指导;
4
、协调创意制作部与其它部门之间的工作关系;
5
、定期作出部门评估报告和发展建议,协同公司发展制定部门成本规划。
任职要求:
1
、新闻传播学、广告学等专业专科以上学历;
2
3年以上同等职位、4A广告公司优先考虑;
3
、具备品牌策略观念,创作视野开阔;
4
、良好语言表达和沟通能力,具备团队思维;
5
、具备良好的专业能力,有可以追溯的成功经验;
6
、创作欲望强烈,创意构思独特、表现力强,具有良好的团队协作精神;
7
、资深文案工作5年以上的广告品牌公司(可投简历)
